The flat has a lovely back garden, perfect for firepit evenings and a glass of wine. We also have parking on a shared drive and a bike shed.

You would be sharing with myself, working in Set Design for Film, Rosa working in Film Production and Joseph (my partner), an Architect.

We are all in our 30s, clean, friendly and social, looking for a likeminded person who wants a home rather than a flat and values a calm, happy space. (Sorry no couples) Rosa and I are studio based and Joseph just working 2 days at home. We love traveling and being active when we can.

The room is available from 1st June with a flexible move in date. The Rent is £900 a month including bills.
