Lovely double room in Southfields

Hey!

I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate. The flat is located in Southfields (10 mins’ walk to the tube station: district line), making it super convenient for commuting into central London.

Southfields is a super lovely area; very safe (lots of young families around) with green spaces. We are close to Waitrose (15 mins' walk) and M&S Foodhall and Gails (10mins' walk). There are a quite a few local independent shops in Southfields which I think are cute. Earlsfield is also close by - a 15 mins walk from the flat.

About the flat:
-The flat is a converted flat in an Edwardian house. There are only 2 other flats in the building, so we don't have to share the space with lots of people and it feels homely and family-like.
-It is split-level (2 floors: top and middle)
-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shared)
-Spacious living room with plenty of natural light
-Fully equipped cute kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
-Homely vibe
-Currently have a monthly cleaner

The room:
-Bright double bedroom on the top floor
-Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers – can discuss if you’d like to bring your own furniture). There is plenty of space for a desk.
-Rent: £1000pm + bills £150pm

About me:
-My name is Rishta. I am a chartered accountant and work in the tech industry currently.
-I am 33 years old.
-I keep the flat clean and relaxed, and I would like to find someone who’s similar: tidy, considerate, and easy-going.
-I love aesthetics and interior design. I have really enjoyed finding pieces for the flat. The flat feels like a little calm sanctuary in this big city for me.
-I am not really into partying or drinking. Most of my socialising is done outside the flat but from time-to-time I have family and friends over for lunches and dinners, which you are very welcome to join!
-I love cooking and eating good food and recently have gotten into baking, so I would love to have you try my baking recipes!
-I have an active busy lifestyle i. e. swimming, running, yoga and I love all things wellness. Currently into trail running a lot!
-I am also a trained yoga teacher so if you are into improving your yoga practice, I can help you!
-I am a pescetarian. I don't eat or keep beef or pork at home. I'm looking for someone who would be comfortable respecting this household preference.
-I also love reading.
-I am friendly and sociable (people tell me haha) but also respectful of personal space.
