The double bedroom is cozy and quiet (away from the street), flooded with sun and with a direct view to the park. It's mins to/from the southfields tube station and the high street with many amenities ranging from shops and restaurants to leisure centres and large green spaces.

Regarding transport options, Southfields Station is within a short walking distance providing District Line services, while Earlsfield station is also close, providing National Rail services in and out of London.

There are two existing tenants: one is finishing a PhD full time and is lecturing and teaching at a university. The other is a full time employed marketing professional. Both are social, respect each others space in common areas.
