Hey everyone, I’m Hannah and I’m looking for a friendly and considerate new housemate because my lovely current housemate is sadly moving away.

We have a beautiful, bright room available in a 2 bedroom flat in a leafy area of Southfields, 10 minutes from Southfields station and 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon common with parking included. Putney is easily accessible by bus 40 metres away from the building. Tesco express is a short 4 minute walk away.

A little about me: I’m 30, a conference producer and martial arts enthusiast who also loves wine and socialising! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional housemate who would like to make their next flat a home.

Rent is £1,000 per month (bills excluded, and amount to approximately £160 per month) and the flat has all the mod cons.
