Spacious room in Southfields/Wimbledon

Hey all! I have just moved in my place a few months ago, and looking to share my second room with a lodger.

The room is quite spacious with a lovely view of Southfields/ Wimbledon . It has a single bed but can be extended into a super king size bed. I also have a desk might you need it, though it might not fit with the extended bed.

The room has lots of storage. A double cupboard + a single one , + extra shelves.

The flat is on a second floor of an ex council building, it is brick and generally well insulated, lots of bright light throughout the day as it’s south facing. Kitchen and living room are separate and both quite spacious. Little balcony is great for having lunch out.

I’m looking for a friendly housemate to join me in living this place - I have just moved in the area but have always lived locally. Very keen to explore the area more and make some nice memories here.

I am a 29 year old professional working for a startup, I mostly work from home but occasionally go in the office or travel for work. I like to make the place welcoming and cosy, and always open to guests. I love to organise dinners and movie nights here, which I hope I’ll be able to do lots of. My hobbies are tennis, climbing, and running , and very occasionally play video games. If you’re into any of those, great!

Nearby , Southfields tube station is at a 15 minute walk down the hill. There are loads of buses taking you to Putney/ central or Wimbledon. It is a super green area, great for walks , cycles and sports in general.
