Small double room in a top floor flat (8th)

We are a couple (both 22 years old)moving into a 2-bed flat (currently being decorated) in Southfields in September. We will both be graduating from University in June 2026. I (Zoe) currently work at Wetherspoons and looking for a graduate role, and my boyfriend (Matthew) is interviewing for graduate roles in SEN. We are happy to live with another couple, but would prefer one flatmate. I love music and crafting in my spare time and love a cute coffee shop. Matthew loves gaming, going to the gym and watching football. We both love the pub but also enjoy a cozy night in watching sitcoms or crime documentaries.

The flat will be fully furnished with basic amenities (small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and furnished living room). The flat is on the 8th floor of a council owned block with a balcony. There is a tesco express 5 minutes away and good transport links into central London.
