The flat is about a 5 minute walk to Southfields and the district line. Major train stations like Wimbledon and Clapham Junction are easily accessible via a short bus ride. There are grocery stores less than 5 minutes from the flat and larger stores in Putney, Wimbledon and Wandsworth.

There is a large green area and basketball court on the buildings estate, with Wimbledon common just a short walk away.
All tenants are professional and friendly. Overall it’s a very chill flat and so we’re just looking for someone who will just slot in :)
