A friendly home in an ideal location

Hi, I’m Lucia (31) and I’m looking for a new housemate to share my home in Southfields.

The house is ideally located on the grid, with excellent access to the District Line and Earlsfield overground , making commuting into central London quick and convenient. The available room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, and features a large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers offering plenty of storage space. There are also other pieces of furniture in the room that my housemate maybe up to selling (this is a convo for later on)

If you also need a place to WFH 4 days a week we do also have a spare room available for you to use as your office.

I’m looking for a like-minded professional who wants more than just a place to stay—someone who’s happy to call it home. Ideally, you’ll enjoy relaxed weeknights (think good company, a glass of wine, and some easy TV), balanced with the occasional weekend socialising and a willingness to build a friendly, sociable household.

The house is clean, tidy, and respectful of working schedules, so we keep things fairly quiet during the week. - this is super important to me.

A bit about me: my friendship circle call me the golden retriever of the group I’m bubbly and always up for a laugh I will always be up for something whether it be a coffee and walk or a beer garden trip.
I work in the office four days a week and WFH one day FRIDAYS (depending on work demands). I enjoy summer pub trips, follow a variety of sports, love music and going to gigs and unwind with a bit of “trash TV” in the evenings. Weekends are usually spent catching up with friends, going to the cinema/ finding new restaurants/pubs, or visiting family who live outside of London.

Rent is £775
Bills are TBC (around 150 depending on supplier)

We are a non smoking No pets household unfortunately we won’t be looking at couples either.
