The house:
The flat has three bedrooms (one is a small spare room), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a shared bathroom, separate toilet, a comfortable living/dining room, and a balcony.

Location:
Southfields is a lovely, friendly area with great coffee shops, a new Pilates studio, pubs and parks. I really like living here and Wimbledon Common is a great park to have so close for walks and weekend pub trips. The location is easy for getting into central London on the District Line.

About me:
I’m Frankie (29) and I work as a Food Technologist at Itsu. I'm sociable and easy-going, I love cooking, hosting friends for dinner, playing netball (badly), running, exploring London and getting out into the countryside. My boyfriend Alex has relocated for work but will be back on some weekends.

Ideally I'm looking a female professional in their late 20s or early 30s, who is friendly and considerate. Someone who enjoys a chat, shared meal or pub trip, while also having their own friends and independence.
