Sadly I’m moving back to Australia at the end of July as my visa is up, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room from 1st August 💛

The room is super spacious, fully furnished, and has loads of storage including:
• Built-in wardrobe
• Two sets of drawers
• Bed frame + mattress
+ Plenty of space to make it your own! ✨

I also have a desk, monitor, and a few extra bits I’d be happy to sell on if interested!

• Large shared kitchen & cosy living room
• Shared bathroom with shower
• Second separate toilet downstairs
• Weekly cleaner included
• Recently refurbished/redecorated
• Really relaxed and friendly vibe

💰 Rent: £830pcm ALL bills included + cleaner

Please note there is also a security deposit/bond required through the landlord (amount TBC but approximately just over one month’s rent).

📍 Location: Southfields
Really safe, lovely area with everything nearby: Tesco, M&S, cafés, shops, gyms, etc.

Transport is super convenient too:
• Bus stop directly outside the flat (39 & 493 route)
• 10 min walk to Southfields Station (District Line)
• Around 15 mins by bus to Putney & Wandsworth (30 mins walk)
• 30 mins by bus to Clapham or Wimbledon (60 minutes walk)

Our landlord is also honestly amazing, super easy going, responsive, and one of the nicest landlords I’ve had in London (and Australia!).

Everyone’s got their own routines and work schedules, which makes the flat feel super easy to live in. Some people work from home a few days a week as well, so it’s a nice setup if you do hybrid/WFH! 😊
