Southfields station (District Line) is within an 8 minute walk. Commute to central London takes approximately 35 minutes. There are also convenient bus connections to Richmond, Wimbledon, Putney, Roehampton, Clapham and Brixton.

- Eliot who is a chef at a Michelin star restaurant and enjoys rock climbing in his spare time.
- Silbury who works for the National Theatre and loves attending musicals.

Both flatmates spend most of their day out and about in London and when they’re home, they maintain a friendly, quiet and respectful atmosphere.

Kitchen is equipped with a tumble dryer, washing machine, gas stove top and an electric oven, fridge and freezer, spacious dining table and lots of storage space.

Southfields offers a nice balance between city living and green space, with M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all nearby, alongside independent cafés, gyms, butchers, pubs and tailor shops. Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon Common and the Wimbledon tennis grounds are all within walking distance.
