Available exclusively for the Wimbledon Fortnight (Monday, June 29th to Sunday, July 12th, 2026). The main advantage of this flat is its excellent walkability to the tournament grounds:

🚶 10-minute walk to the entrance of The Queue in Wimbledon Park.

🚶 15 to 20-minute walk straight to the main gates of the All England Club.

You can easily walk everywhere, completely avoiding the busy public transport crowds and saving on travel time.

The Space & What to Expect:
This is a private double bedroom located in a 2 bedroom flat, it is kept very clean, tidy, and organized.

There is no communal living room in the flat. Your private bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a chair.

About me: I am a clean, quiet working professional. I commute to Central London every day and am out of the house most of the day, so the flat will be very quiet and peaceful for you to rest.

Shared Areas:
Bathroom: A clean, standard shared bathroom.
Kitchen: Small but fully available if you need to prepare light meals, make coffee, or store food in the fridge and washing machine.

Availability: Exclusively for the 2 weeks of the tournament. Preference will be given to a single guest booking the full two-week duration.

House Rules: Looking for a quiet, respectful, and clean guest (perfect for tennis fans, professionals, or journalists). No smoking, no pets, and no extra overnight guests.

Price: £180 per night
