I'm looking for someone who can move in on 11th July, subject to successful reference checks.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room. It comes furnished with an ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, and mirror, making it ideal if you're looking for plenty of storage. The flat is a two story flat with a lovely balcony and communal garden area. It also has a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, TV, sofa-bed, and touch-screen fridge.

The flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly area in the heart of Southfields, with parking available on the estate. You would just need to enquire with the landlord about a parking permit if you would like to park your car in the communal car park.

Southfields tube station (District line) is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of local shops, cafes, and other amenities nearby. Southside shopping centre and Wimbledon Park are approximately a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of easy bus routes within a 5-10 minute walk of the flat.

Rent is £810 a month with bills coming to around £80 to £100 a month per person. The council tax falls into band D.

You'll be living with two lovely, friendly girls who enjoy having a chat and socialising together, while also doing their own thing.
