Our flatmate is leaving Southfields to move in with her boyfriend after 4 very happy years here and we would love to find someone to take it on from 1st August 2026. We'd be looking for a female housemate only, ideally aged 27-32.

It's a terraced property with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It's a cosy house in a beautiful leafy suburban area, seconds from Southfields' high street and parks.

You would live with Mary (30), Sophie (28) & Frances (28), 3 professionals who love a natter in the kitchen. We're looking for someone who's sociable and would like to be part of the house but also has their own life - cute house socials are also included!
