Large Double Room En-suite

I’m moving after living in this house for 3 years due to a job change and looking for somebody to move into my en-suite room in Southfields (SW19) from September 30! ( flexible regarding dates- move in date can be 19 September onwards)

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 6 minute walk from Southfields tube station (district line). There are also 2 bus stops right outside with busses that go to Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Putney, and Richmond every 10 minutes. There is free on-street parking.

The room is spacious with a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a 3 door wardrobe. This room also has an en-suite.

The kitchen is shared with 3 other housemates (2 girls, 1 boy) who are all friendly professionals in their mid-20s. The common areas are cleaned once a week by a cleaner. The landlord is very responsive to messages, but is not intrusive at all which is great (he lives abroad).

The monthly rent is £910 all bills included. There’s a holding deposit of £150 which is taken off the full deposit, which is £1050.
