The house is bright, spacious and well looked after, with:

Bills are not included but generally come to around £140 per month (wifi, gas & electric, council tax, biweekly cleaner, water)

The house is in a fantastic location:
5-minute walk to Southfields Station (District Line)
10–15-minute walk to Earlsfield Station
Great connections to central london and minutes from Wandsworth, Putney and Wimbledon
Two lovely parks within a 5–10-minute walk

About Me!
I'm an events professional who works a hybrid schedule and travels occasionally for work, so I'm sometimes at home and sometimes away for extended periods.

I'm looking for professionals who are clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. It would also be great to find people who enjoy a friendly house atmosphere and are up for the occasional movie night, trip to the pub or just a chat.
