Looking for someone to join our flat!
Hi everyone! Myself and two others are looking for someone to join our lovely new flat in Southfields - we need to lock in all tenants before deposit & checks. Ideally we're looking for someone who wants a social household while also being conscious of everyone's space - and would be down for the occasional cafe trip/social night! Ideally between 21-25 - we're all queer so another LGBTQ+ housemate is a plus but being queer friendly is absolutely essential.

A bit about us:

Ollie, he/him 22, just completed a degree in theatre. I'm into photography and rock music, and since this is my first time living in London I'm excited to explore the area!

Em, they/them, 24, going into a final year of Japanese studies at SOAS after living in Japan for a year. Interested in cosplay/comic con.

Tyler, they/he, 23. I’m a recent Japanese Studies graduate, currently working between CYP’s mental health services in the NHS and retail. I like learning languages, hoping to get conversational in Mandarin, Norwegian and Polish as well as improving my Japanese. I also love cooking, creating, bouldering, getting out into nature, and I'm always down for a pint.

About the flat:

10 minute walk from Southfields station (District line) - very quiet residential area with great links and a lovely high street. Split level flat in a lovely building - I can send more pictures / full video if interested. Says pet friendly on the listing and we're more than open to it.

The room is a single but with decent space - see the picture & video below. Current move in is September 1st but we would like to push it back by about a week - not clear yet whether we can but useful to know! The flat is on the second floor with access only by stairs; there are stairs in the flat to reach the second level (both bathrooms and three bedrooms including yours). There is an intercom to access the building.

Rent is £630pcm plus bills; total deposit is £3057.69 which will be split between the four of us. Once we get to pre tenancy checks, you'll need to provide payslips, a guarantor, and previous addresses for a credit check. The landlord accepts benefits.
