Double room with private toilet

This is a bright double room in a calm, clean Southfields flat.

It has been newly decorated and includes a brand new bed and Emma mattress. There is also plenty of storage in the room with built in cuoboards. You will also have a private toilet (there is a separate shared bathroom with a shower). You can also use a shared office space when otherwise not in use. You can apply for a free residents parking permit to park on the estate. All bills including council tax are included.

The flat is on a calm estate surrounded by green space and is a 7 minute walk from Southfields tube station. There are also shops around including M&S, Sainsbury's and Tesco, Wimbledon Park is a short walk away and there is a gym close by.

I am looking for a lodger who is clean and tidy and up for a chat as we each cook our dinners etc. I'm looking for someone who works from home max once a week (you're welcome to use the office space in that time). A vegetarian or vegan lodger is preferred as I ask that meat is not eaten in the flat and you can use the existing kitchen equipment.

I am a journalist and work a mix of in the centre and at home. I love being outside, having a crafty evening in and exploring new vegan bakeries in London.
