I’m sadly moving out and my housemates are looking for a friendly, relaxed and tidy professional/student to take up my furnished bedroom.
The room is available from the 20th of October 2026, and the rent is £1,102 (all bills and cleaning twice a month included). All the payments are managed by another housemate who’s been a tenant for many years.
The landlord rarely visits the place, but is very amenable and the property is managed through KFH, so any problems are resolved pretty quickly.
One of the girls has their own en suite so there's one bathroom shared with 2 other flatmates and another toilet downstairs.
