Double room in a 2 bed flat in Southfields

I'm looking for a new flatmate for my double room in Southfields. It's a good size double room, and you'll have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. I've also got a little balcony area which is a real sun-trap in summer!

The district line is an 8 minute walk away in Southfields, and you can also access Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common really easily to get out into green spaces. I've lived in the area for six years, and feel very settled and safe here.

I'm quite a sociable person, so am usually out a few nights a week, whether it's cycling, seeing friends, volunteering or at run club. I'm generally not out late, and equally love an evening in watching a series. Looking for a like-minded female to join that I can chat to when we're both in. I have a chill black and white cat called Cleo, who loves to sit next to you on the sofa in front of the TV.

The room is available from 3rd October and monthly rent is £825 including bills. There would also be the cost for a cleaner to add onto that.
