Beautiful, sunny room in a peaceful 2-bedroom flat. Looking for a clean and respectful flatmate for my unfurnished double room. The flat is located between Southfields and East Putney tube station. Wandsworth is also nearby, making it a great location with easy transport links. Southside Mall is within a 10-min walk for a quick grocery or errands run (we have a big Sainsburys and it's amazing).

I want someone who can clean up after themselves without me asking. I prefer to keep things tidy and I want a flatmate that can do the same. I work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. I don't mind if you work from home, just as long as you're respectful and mindful of the shared spaces.

The flat has a large living room, a kitchen with pantry and ample cupboard storage, washing machine, outdoor balcony access from the kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and tub. The room itself is very bright, with one big window and wood flooring.
