My beautiful Southfields/Wimbledon flat has a spare room which needs occupying. Spent lots of time and energy in making the flat what it is, and unlike most landlords, I actually care about the product and its aesthetics. The room itself has just been re-painted and new carpet fitted, mattress is also brand new.
You will have your own bathroom (tub included) as I have an en-suite, so no shared bathroom palaver.

It’s a cute close and the flat is within a building of 7 others, super quiet, chill neighbours and cosy living spaces.

On Park Side Road, 12 minute walk to Southfields Tube (District Line), 10 min bus to Putney High Street and station, which has great overground links into central. 25 minute walk (5 min bus) into Wimbledon Village. Also right opposite the vast Wimbledon commons and short walk to Wimbledon centre court.

Im a 31 yr old professional, work in central on average 4 days a week. Looking for a fun and friendly (female preferred) professional. I’ve only just started living alone so would just be the two of us.
