Hey there! My current flatmate is moving out to go do a ski season (not quite a mid life crisis but close!) so I’m looking for a new tenant to replace him from late November / early December (there is some slight flexibility in dates - let me know when you’re looking from).

Viewings this week (w/c 28th September) and references required to put in front of the landlord.

Your room

Good sized double, furnished, with a desk. Doesn't face the main road, so it's quiet.

Living space

For a two bed flat, the amount of living space here is great: there are two separate living rooms, so neither of us has to be stuck in our bedroom to work or get some space, but we can also hang out together if we want, which is great.

Main living room: large sofa, an armchair which is great as a reading nook, good TV and sound system. Loads of space for drying clothes etc

Second living room: a great secondary space, sofa, lots of books, good for getting work done or just listening to music. The records, record player and guitars are leaving with my flatmate, so bring your own or there's room for a standing desk too if that's more your thing. (If you want to bring something and put it in here I’m all ears!)

Kitchen

Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, good amount of storage space.

Bathroom
Communal, bath and shower. This is effectively your bathroom, since I've got an en-suite, so you would only cross paths with any guests - no need to organise on who’s going to be using the shower in the morning!

Garden

Good size private garden at the back.

Parking

Off street. Neither I nor the flat downstairs run a car, so it’s yours if you want it!
