Bright Garden-Facing Room in Clean Victorian House

Hi,

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate female housemate to join our warm and peaceful Victorian home.

There are currently three women living in the house. We keep the property very clean, organised and well maintained, with support from a regular cleaner, so we’re looking for someone who is also tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an en-suite bedroom, a shared shower room and a downstairs WC. We share a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen.

One of the best features is the quiet back garden, which is well cared for and filled with flowers. It also has a small fountain, making it a lovely place to relax, read or enjoy some peaceful time outdoors.

The available bedroom overlooks the garden, offering a cosy and calming view from the bed. It’s a lovely space throughout the year, whether you’re relaxing, reading or meditating.

The house is managed through KFH, and we have a good relationship with the landlord. Recent improvements include newly painted walls, professionally cleaned carpets and replacement windows, making the house warm and comfortable during winter.

The landlord has also confirmed that, when a new tenant moves in, he will replace the existing bed with a new ottoman bed with storage and provide a new mattress.
