Spacious bedroom in a cute girly household!

I am (un)fortunately moving in with my boyfriend, so after almost 2 years of living here I am leaving a stunning house and two lovely flatmates behind.

My room is up for grabs for £850 per month + bills (averaging 80 pounds each month, including council tax, energy, TV licence and Broadband). The deposit is 5 weeks rent, c. 900 pounds. The move in date is 4/12, but I can be flexible and move out earlier if needed x

It comes with a double bed, underbed storage, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookshelf, and (if you want them: a desk, chair, and a clothes rack).

We have a massive living room and a great private garden, spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, and a friendly neighbour downstairs.

The district line is 7 mins away (Southfields), and the train is 15 mins by foot (Earlsfied - 15 mins to Waterloo). There are multiple shops around - ranging from M&S locally to large supermarkets in Southside (20 mins away by foot).

The flatmates are Bethan and Serina, both 28, working professionals. They are lovely, chatty and respectful - striking a really good balance of living with someone you're friends with, but never feeling like you have to spend time together when you need some space. We're looking for a girlie equally open and understanding, to fit the household and help make it a home!

We really like our house, and the girls have done an amazing job making it cosy and cute, so we are looking for someone clean, who will also care about keeping the place in good shape!

Please help me find a good replacement for my flatmates so that I don't feel guilty leaving them and the house!

P. S - in complete honesty I am absolutely terrible at interior design so I have not made the most of my room, but I do think it's got potential to be lovely, with the pretty fireplace and tons of space!
