I’m moving out to live closer to work, so this room will be available early December.

- single bed, fully furnished room (mattress was replaced this year so it’s very comfortable!)

- 10 min walk from Southfields tube station (District line) and high street with M&S, Sainsbury’s and tesco

- great location close enough to get into central London in under 30mins but great distance away from the hustle and bustle!! Great community feel. we are surrounded by a lot of schools and young families

- bus 39 and 493 is on our doorstep (takes you to Putney, Richmond, Clapham junction)

- we have a tesco express right next door to the flat

- so much parks, 10 min walk to Wimbledon commons and 20 min walk to Richmond park

- neighbourhood is super safe and quiet

- flat is shared with two other girls, they work across events journalism, care home and hospitality

- easy going flat, everyone has their own schedule and respects each others space

- £580pcm (includes bills, water is paid once yearly)
