Lovely bright and clean, quiet single room for let on the first floor to the rear of the property, right next to a park.

Looking for a short term let until 17th December, when my son comes back from university for Xmas. Ideally Mon - Fri (minimum 2 nights @ £90 per week), with the option to return late January, if needed. I am an artist/photographer who has a studio in my flat. Welcoming and friendly creative atmosphere. Room has just been repainted, with set of drawers, desk and lamp, soft chair, wardrobe and new bed. Sole use of bathroom, directly opposite room with a free parking space in the secure garage on the ground floor.

Open plan shared fully fitted kitchen and dining area, with occasional use of the lounge, (when studio not in use).

Great transport links - 10 mins walk to either mainline Earlsfield station (train three stops to Waterloo) or Southfields District Line.

Had a lovely lodger earlier in the year - happy to consider full time temporary let for the right person @ £750 p/m.
