Living with us :)
This flat is a peaceful, homely clean and tidy. Friends visit sometimes, but not to party. As we are good friends, we get along extremely well, we support each other and really talk. On the other hand, we also do own own thing and enjoy our alone time.

Flatmate on your floor
You will share the floor with me: I’m relaxed, like chatting to my flatmates and sharing what’s happening. I can be both quiet and lively, reflective and fun (and don’t worry my clubbing days are behind me)

Housemate upstairs
She has her own self-contained floor. She’s very open, friendly, a thinker who also likes to have fun; she’s always ready to welcome us with a smile and has an endless capacity to listen (don’t know how she does it!!).

New flatmate (Maybe you... :)
In full time, permanent employment with office hours. Someone 23-33, open, friendly, a good communicator who wants to be part of a calm and happy home. One person only. We’re eager to meet and welcome you to our little family!

Contract –We’d like you to stay for at least 1 year; if you really needed to leave, we would put your room back on the market.

Rent and bills – The bills are SEPARATE, we’ve put the total figure so you don’t have to do the math, it will vary if bill prices change.
