Tenancy Transfer - Start of June 💌

looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our beautiful house share xx

Sadly, my visa is expiring and I have to go home. But this means this gorgeous room is available and up for grabs again!

Location: N14, Southgate, Zone 4.

The House: This is truly such a beautiful, peaceful home. There are 4 (including me) (2M and 2F) of us who live here and everyone is really respectful, tidy, kind and keeps to themselves. Amenities include all white goods, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 communal lounge spaces, and large back garden.

Transport: 10min walk to Piccadilly Line (Southgate), 2min walk to bus stop, 15min walk (or bus) to Palmers Green (Great Northern National Rail) the transport is honestly really great and versatile! lots of options always.

The Area: 10min walk to Southgate Station where you can find a beautiful high street with many different grocery shops, cafes, off licences, restaurants, fast food and basically everything you need. We also have a big Asda Supermarket (10min bus ride from home) and a big M&S (10min bus ride from home). My favourite part about this area is all the gorgeous green spaces! with many options to choose from we have Broomfield Park (10min walk away) Grovelands Park (30min bus away) Arnos Park (10min walk away) Trent Park (30min bus away) and more!

The Cost: £750 (rent per month) + £100 (bills). Deposit: (5 week deposit) £865.38. Our bills always come in a bit cheaper, we tend to put this money aside just to be safe rather than sorry.
