🏕️🌲Grovelands Park : lake , mini golf, tennis court - 10mins walk

🛋️Living room: there is also an option to rent the living room exclusively for an additional £100 per month, giving you your own private living space in addition to the bedroom- otherwise it is shared. Any furniture you might have for the living room are most welcome.

The flat will be shared with one other female. I’m looking for a professional woman in full-time employment who appreciates a peaceful, clean and respectful home, privacy and a quiet lifestyle.

I’m a very friendly, considerate person and a bit of a travel junkie! I love exploring new places, so if you’re looking for a travel buddy or fancy joining me on an impromptu weekend getaway, I’m always up for an adventure.

I also value my own space and privacy, and I’m respectful of other people’s space too. That said, I’m always happy to share a glass of wine to celebrate the start of the weekend, or sit down with a cup of tea (with a piece of cake!- always!) if you’ve had a bad day and need someone to talk to—or simply to have a girlie chit chat. I’d love to find a flatmate who enjoys a friendly, relaxed home where we can get along well while still respecting each other’s independence.
