One double room with its own private bathroom available in my 2 bedroom apartment.
The room is furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
Shared kitchen, living room and balcony.
The apartment is in a new building (3 years old) and is very well insulated. It is south-facing.

It is located near Southgate station or Oakwood station.
20 mins walk to Southgate, 15 mins walk to Oakwood.
Frequent buses are also nearby.
The neighbourhood is quiet and residential.

I’m 43, a software developer, and I work from home 2 days a week. I’m quiet, friendly and easy-going. I go to the gym and enjoy a nice chat at home.
My previous flatmate lived with me for 2 years and is moving out as she has bought her own apartment.

The room is available from mid September.
Rent is £850, including bills (utilities, council tax, wifi).
