Hi!

I'm moving out of my flat to live with my boyfriend and am looking for a new roommate to take my place in our wonderful flat. You'll be living with Yass and Meg, two friends in their mid-to-late twenties who are the best!

About the flat:
Our flat is a beautiful, newly refurbished first-floor property spread across two floors, featuring high ceilings, excellent lighting, and modern interiors. There’s a lovely sized living room housing our books and games (+ Sky TV!), a spacious kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher, and two bathrooms (one on each floor, one with a shower and one with a bath). We also have a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have an amazing private roof terrace!

The vacant bedroom is a double room with two walk-in closets on either side, giving you plenty of storage space. The room can be furnished with a bed frame, bedside tables and a desk or completely unfurnished - your choice!

About us:
Yass works in Marketing and loves music, cooking, and baking, while Meg works in Sales, loves spending time with her friends and binge-watching reality TV. They both love chilling with a good film (and the occasional night out!). They enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

Our home also includes Mochi the cat, he’s affectionate and very sweet but equally happy to get on with his own cat duties. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll get along great with him!

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful, with a full-time job, who’s keen to create a homey and welcoming atmosphere. Ideally, you’d enjoy hanging out for a meal or movie now and then but also value your own space.
