Room and flat details
The flat is on the top floor of a terraced house. It has 2 equally sized double bedrooms, separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilette.
The room itself is south facing towards the back garden, so it's full of light throughout the day and usually very quiet. It comes with just enough furniture to have everything you need, but not so much to clutter the room, I've put some notes in the pictures :)

Large Morrisons, Tesco express (open until 11pm), Gym (non stop), Burges Park are all within a 10 minute walk from the house.

Transport
Most central London locations are within 30 min commute
Kennington tube is 10 min walk away
Several busses heading into central London are 5 min away

Current flatmate
I'm Alex, currently contracting as a digital project manager. I'm active, sociable and you'll probably find me smiling most times. Passionate about DIY, home gardening, dancing, martial arts and recently board games.
I've lived here for a long time now, and this place is home. So I'm hoping to meet someone who will equally treat it as a home, who is clean and tidy, who is also open to being friendly, maybe sharing a meal or watching a movie together from time to time.

Rent and Bills - £850 monthly usually covers rent and all bills.
