A huge bright double room available in a calm, friendly professional household just a 7-minute walk from both London Bridge and Borough stations, with views of the Shard from the apartment.

The room gets plenty of natural light and has generous floor space, easily enough room for a sofa and work-from-home setup if you'd like to make the space your own. It comes semi-furnished with a double bed and small cupboard, and happy to discuss the furniture shown in the pictures.

The flat is peaceful, clean, and respectful. Everyone enjoys having a friendly atmosphere while also respecting each other's personal space. It's the kind of home where you'll have a chat in the kitchen, but everyone also values a relaxed and quiet environment after work.

- Bills split equally between tenants (usually around £100–150 pcm depending on usage)
- 1 shared bathroom between 3 tenants
