Double Room to Rent - Blackfriars Road, Southwark

Hello!😊 I am a 29 year old professional who has been working in London since last August, usually working in the office 5 days a week. I'm very sociable however also enjoy spending evenings/weekends chilling out in the flat, watching TV, etc. I also get on very well with my current flatmate, who was also a Spareroom find. Ideally looking for another working professional who I would get on well with and is friendly, sociable and tidy.

Looking for someone to move into a bright, spacious double room to rent in a modern, homely flat. Located in a very central location just off of Blackfriars Road in Southwark, with good tube/bus connections to all over London, as well as being 20/30 mins away from Central London by foot or 10 mins by bike.

My current flat mate is moving out in July due to her buying a flat. Room is available as of mid-July, however there is a possibility the exact date could change.

Ideally would like someone to move in soon after my current flatmate has moved out. However I do want to make sure that my new flatmate is someone I will get on well with and be a nice fit. 😊
