Double room available in SE1 near South Bank

I have a flat in super central Waterloo to share. I am
looking for 1 person (no couples) must be  a professional, but will also consider
postgraduate student and overseas students.



I tend to stay at my  girlfriend most of the time so basically you will
have the flat to yourself mostly.  But my
family members tend to use my room if they are working in London or visiting friends.



This will be an ideal choice if you want a quiet living
environment instead of a noisy, crowded house share as max occupancy in the
flat will only be 2 people.  I’m happy to
do a quick chat on WhatsApp first and viewings can be arranged after that.  Room will be available from 22nd June.



This flat is in Zone 1, it’s only a short walk to get to
Southbank Centre / River Side and Covent Garden / West End is just 1.5 miles
away. There is excellent transport links, and the nearest tube station is
either Waterloo or Southwark just a 5 min walk away.  A lot of the Central London Universities such
as Kings & LSE are all within walking distance.



The flat consist of a sitting that is my room and you will
not have access to that at all.  There is
a  large bedroom which will be your room.
There is a separate kitchen, a separate bathroom that’s just been refurbished and
a separate toilet. The flat gets lots of natural light, has loads of storage
space, comes partially furnished and has laminate flooring throughout. There is
gas central heating and all the usual modern conveniences fridge freezer,
washing machine, air fryer... etc.



Please note bills and council tax (band A) is NOT included
and there is NO shared living room.
Approximately bills are £100 each a month.


This  flat is my
family property so you will be sharing the apartment with a live in landlord,
which is me!  The rental agreement will on
the basis of a Lodger Agreement.
