Double bedroom in the Southbank

I’m currently looking for my new flatmate, to move in the first of August. The flat has two double bedrooms, each room with its own full bathroom. The flat is super bright, with balcony, a building terrace. The layout is perfect for both people living here to be private, yet the living room is cozy for a nice tv watch and a catchup.

A bit about me, I’m Denisse, 32yo from Panama, living in London for the last 5y. I’m very chill, very tidy, and like to keep a cozy home. I work in marketing for a beauty company and I wfh around 2-3 times per week. I’m looking for a flatmate that has a similar vibe to mine, who’s up for a chat but also likes their personal space.

Boring bits: rent is £1563 + bills which come around £200 per month per person (including water, electricity, council tax, insurance, tv license, and WiFi)
