EnSuite in Southwark High-Rise | Gym, Roof Terrace

Hi there! 👋 My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a new flatmate to take over her lovely double room with its own en-suite going in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath high-rise in Southwark - think great views, a gym downstairs, and a roof terrace for those long summer evenings 🌳. You'd have your own private bathroom plus a really nice shared kitchen and living space.

A bit about me: I'm 32, female, and I'm looking for someone to share this home with from 18th September 2026, for a minimum 12-month stay. I genuinely love cooking and hosting 🍲 - so expect the kitchen to smell good fairly often and an open invite to join in if you fancy it! I'm also a big fan of slow, cosy mornings ☕ and just generally keeping things calm and happy at home 🏡. So I'm hoping to find someone clean, considerate, and easy-going who enjoys that same mix of good company and peaceful downtime.

Location-wise you're really well set - about 10 minutes' walk to Southwark, Waterloo, and Elephant & Castle stations 🚇, so getting around the city is a breeze.
