Our lovely housemate is moving out after 4 years to move in with friends and we're looking for a working professional female to take the room.

🏡 The Flat & Atmosphere:

The flat is shared with three friendly, respectful women. Two work from home (in tech), and one works in a café.

We’re all quite independent but have the occasional chat – it’s a quiet, relaxed home, so it would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful environment rather than a party house.
We also keep the flat clean and tidy between us, with a simple weekly cleaning rota, so ideally looking for someone who is considerate and happy to contribute to that.

* The biggest room in the house with a double bed
* Comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe (the furniture in the pictures is not staying)

💰 Practical Details:

* Move-in date 11/11/2026
* Rent £920
* Bills approx. £100, (~£130 in the winter)
* Deposit £650
* Landlord is responsive, reasonable, and has a reliable handyman if needed

* Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, and large fridge
* You’ll have your own cupboard – great if you enjoy cooking

Bathroom is split:
* Separate toilet

We have a shared living room with access to a lovely balcony that comes with a table and chairs overlooking the park.
