Ensuite Large Room to Rent in E1 - Spitalfields

Hello people of spare room!

Our housemate is moving back to Greece, so we are on the lookout for a replacement who would be a good fit.

It is a spacious ensuite double room - and a short walk to Shoreditch High street and Liverpool Street stations.

Brick lane and Spitalfields Market are on your doorstep, it is a lively and vibrant area, but the property is on a quiet street - with cobble stones which is a quaint feature and rare for the area.

We are equidistant from (5-10 minute walk): Liverpool Street Station(lots of tube lines), Aldate East (district line), Shoreditch High Street (overground), and a handful of busses - so uber might be a thing of the past ;). Old street station is a 15 minute walk.

Bonus points if you play the piano / instrument or speak Chinese / Latin (or any other language), like the odd pint, or would be up for going to a BBC prom, club night, or random gig - as these are all things I love.

There is a gym in the flat complex, underground storage for bikes, and a communal garden (Elder Gardens). There is 24hr Consierge, who will give you a spare key if you are ever locked out, and collect parcels - life savers.

We are two housemates, who are quiet and respectful (in the flat), and will be looking for someone similar. The flat is clean and tidy, but also won't get stressed if someone forgets a plate, and it’s a wonderful space.
I am 31, originally from Brighton, and my flatmate is 28 originally from Rome.

Bills are included and this also includes a cleaner who comes once a fortnight!!!
