Double bedroom in Spitalfields

Living room

We are looking for a new flatmate in our three bedroom flat in the Spitalfields area. This will be for a double bedroom, with a shared bathroom with one of the other rooms. There is also space in the living room for at-home working.

The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen, with a shared garden for the building and a parking spot available for our use. Both the flat and the room come fully furnished, including some shared furniture and amenities we have bought since moving in (including the TV pictured).

We are a very close flat, and have lived here together for over 4 years already, so are looking for someone who we will get along great with and who has a lot of shared interests. We regularly have friends over, and love playing board games, watching movies, listening to music and playing sports (including climbing, tennis, football and running), and so would love someone who enjoys some of these.

Both of us work in consulting, so tend to have fairly relaxed and quiet weekdays, and work a mix of at-home and in the office.

The council tax band for the flat is E.
