You’d be joining a group of young professionals who all do their own thing during the week but enjoy catching up over the occasional shared meal or glass of wine. The vibe is friendly, relaxed, and respectful — everyone values a clean, comfortable space to come home to.

Ideally looking for a single person who appreciates a calm, sociable home (and doesn’t mind sharing it with a very lovable golden retriever 🐾).

📅 Sublet: From June/July 2026 [*lease renewed from July] looking for 6mo to 1 year tenant, but open to short term, month to month, two month break notice. Deposit is 1,950**
