Double Room in Central London

I’m leaving my double room in central London to move in with a partner. It’s an amazing location! I’ve lived here for 3yrs and will be sad to leave.

The room is technically unfurnished, but open to selling some of the items to the future flatmate.

The flat is very spacious - separate kitchen and living room, two bathrooms (both with shower and toilet!) and the bedrooms are big for London standards.

Ideal location: Spitalfields Market on the doorstep. 5mins walk to Liverpool Street Station and 10mins walk to Aldgate East. Moorgate station is also a short walk away.

Despite being so central, the flat is very quiet. Not much of a party flat, more friendly, relaxed vibes. The three remaining flatmates - 2 girls and 1 guy late 20s/early 30s. All working professionals, sometimes wfh. But plenty of space in the bedrooms for a desk.

Bills not included but come to about £120/month which are paid into an account to cover bills. Rented directly through the landlord who’s super attentive and respectful.
