I am a live-in landlord looking for a clean & tidy, 25+ working professional.

The flat is a spacious 2 bed, furnished with 65inch tv, fitted kitchen, PS5, comfortable sofa & dining table, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, iron & ironing board etc.

It's on the 5th floor with a lift, parcel storage, bike storage downstairs and has skylights & julliette balconies throughout so the natural light is great.

It is 3 mins walk to Shoreditch High Street station, 10 mins to Liverpool Street station, 10 mins walk to Aldgate East station, 2 mins to Brick Lane & 5 mins walk to Spitalfields market. It's a fun area with plenty of good pubs/restaurants & easy to get to anywhere else in London.

The room includes a double bed, large juliette balcony doors (great natural light), fitted wardrobes, a bedside table, a desk and chair for working from home. The tenant's own bathroom is also large with a shower/bathtub, and it will be yours (I have my own).

Ideally looking for a tenant to stay between 6 and 18 months but am flexible on this.

Wifi is 500mbps+
Council tax is Band F
All bills typically come to around 200£ pcm.

About me:
I'm a sociable 29 year old working in finance. I enjoy going to the gym, pubs & restaurants with friends. I start early in the morning but typically am back in the flat by 7pm.
