A spacious, fully furnished, large room with its own private ensuite is available in the heart of Shoreditch.

You’ll be sharing with two easy-going housemates (Aussie and Kiwi) who enjoy a relaxed, respectful home. It’s a sociable household with everyone happy to do their own thing but also keen to chat over a drink or meal from time to time.

Within walking distance of Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Brick Lane, with great transport links, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and markets right on your doorstep. For those who work in the city or west end, you are looking at less than a 15 minute cycle to work.

My boyfriend and I have been living at this flat for 2.5 years and have absolutely loved the location. Being at the epicentre of some on Londons great Sunday markets (Broadway, Columbia, Shoreditch, Spitalfield) and there is always amenities around (3 Tesco/Aldi/Sainsbury within a couple minutes walk) and a gym 5 minutes walk away. The location has everything you can need.

We’re looking for a someone to take over our lease on the flat, and ideally someone who is a young professional/s. Open to a single or couple.
