Flat is in an amazing location opposite Spitalfields Market, 5 mins from Liverpool Street and 10 mins from Shoreditch High Street.
Our current housemate will be moving out of the flat, leaving a room free. Officially the tenancy will be ending 30th September but there may be some flexibility with this if required.
You'd be sharing with myself and my partner Declan (both 28, NHS doctors, social and outdoorsy). This means the flat effectively has a spare room which is a bonus!
Our current flat are all friends from uni and get along well. We are hoping to fill the room with someone we would genuinely get on with. The social space in the flat is fantastic and we have a big dining table perfect for dinner parties.
Heating is included. Water, electric and wifi come to about £40/month each.
