Spacious ensuite double room in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Spitalfields, just 5 minutes' walk from Liverpool Street Station.

The room is large, bright and fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a dedicated desk/work area. It has its own private ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with plenty of space to relax, plus a private balcony overlooking the surrounding historic buildings. It's a modern, comfortable and very well-located home.

The room is available Monday–Friday, making it ideal for a professional who works in London during the week but has their main home elsewhere. All bills and Wi-Fi are included.

You'll be sharing with me. I'm a Regional Vice President of Sales for a software company and live in Edinburgh with my wife and two teenage children. I'm typically in London 2–3 nights a week, so the flat is quiet and you'll have plenty of space to yourself.

I'm looking for a professional, clean and considerate person who will treat the flat as their home. I'm sociable and easy-going, and happy to have a chat or share a drink/meal, but equally respectful of privacy and personal space.

The location is excellent for the City, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Spitalfields, with Aldgate and several other Underground/Elizabeth line stations within easy walking distance.
