We're looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home in the heart of Westminster from 1 October (roughly) onwards.

The room is a spacious double with its own ensuite bathroom and huge closet in a beautiful apartment overlooking Westminster Abbey. The flat features a large open-plan living and dining area with a table that seats six, two generous sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine.

The building is on a secure street with a 24/7 concierge service, and you're just a short walk from some of London's most iconic landmarks, parks, restaurants, and transport links.

Rent: £1,500 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: Approximately £100-£150 per person, per month

About us

We're two friendly British girls (Marissa and Gracie), aged 25 and 34, working full-time in yacht brokering and veterinary care. We work in the office most days and enjoy a good balance of socialising and relaxing. You'll often find us trying new bars and restaurants, cooking together, or having cosy nights in with a film and a glass of wine.

Out housemate is moving to Australia (Ruby) so we're hoping to find someone who wants to be part of the household rather than simply renting a room. Ideally, you're a friendly, tidy, and sociable girl in your mid-to-late 20s or early 30s who's looking for a welcoming home and new friends in London!
