Walking, it’s 8 min to Edgware Road tube, 12 min to Paddington, 12 min to Warwick Avenue, 7 min to Maida Vale, etc. Surrounded by lovely areas for walking and shops, cafes, etc. Quiet and familial enough to wind down in but so close to everything you could want to do and see.

We have two indoor-only cats called Leo (4) and Mimsy (10). They’re both very affectionate and cuddly, and they’re both hypoallergenic (I’m allergic to cats and I’ve never reacted to either of them!).

About us:
We are in our mid twenties - Pomilia and I work in finance. We enjoy cooking, playing piano, going on walks, exploring new places, going on fun nights out and having cosy nights in.

About you:
Working full time and preferably working in the office at least 3 days a week. Someone who is clean and tidy. Needs to be a cat lover (for your sake as much as the cats’/ours), and okay with the added carefulness that comes with that wrt open doors and windows given they are indoor only cats (it’s not safe for them to be outdoors).

Where possible, previous landlord testimonial is much appreciated, but not required.
