Friendly St John's Wood Double Room for Sublet!!

Dates: 10th of July - 26th of July 2025
(Can be flexible a week before or after as well if needed)

Hi there,

I'll be away for two weeks in July and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in that time :) you'll be living with two super chill and fun Aussies in their mid 20s who both work a 9-5 and usually keep a busy schedule, down for a yap when they are around but also like their own chill time!

Flat features:

- Great location, very lovely and safe building
- Beautiful communal garden area.

- Large kitchen and living space.

- Modern bathroom (seperate shower and toilet). 

- Furnished with wifi, bills and council tax included.
- The room is on the smaller side but fits a double bed and desk comfortably and also has a built in wardrobe
- Lots of natural light!
- There is a Sainsbury's just up the road (6 minute walk) and Kilburn high road is a 10 minute walk which has an ALDI, M&S, Primark, Tesco and much more!

The Flat is around a 25 minute walk or 9 min cycle from Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. It has good connections on the Jubilee line, Bakerloo Line, Lioness Line and Mildmay line and a bus stop down to paddington 3 minutes walk from the building.

Girls preferred, looking for someone clean and tidy!
